Job: SAP ISU FICA Functional Consultant

Location: Remote(Canada, CST)

Duration: 6 Months +

Mode: Contract | Fulltime

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years' experience in the SAP IS-U/CCS FI-CA module. The ability to demonstrate a depth of understanding and skills in configuration is essential. You will have participated in at least 1 successful end to end SAP implementations

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing CRB (IS-U/CCS) FI-CA.
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Demonstrate an overall understanding of FI-CA functionality
• Detailed configuration experience in many of the following FI-CA components:
  • Dunning (BRF or BRF+)
  • Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
  • Account Determination
  • Settlement Rules
  • Collection Agencies
  • Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
  • Refunds
  • Security Deposits
  • Installment Plans
  • Promise To Pay
  • Interest
• Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, Device Management (DM) and Customer Service (CS & CRM) and the ICweb.
• Hands-on experience of S/4 Upgrade and FIORI application utilization for FICA Processes
• Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel as required.
