CRM Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• You re the lead business analyst able to speak the language of Business Processes , SDLC, Scrum/Safe Agile and also that of Project Management .
• Serves as first point of contact and the liaison between the business leads and development team for all onboard and design requests (discovery, status of requirements and development).
