Main Responsibilities
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
- Assessing and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Setting sales targets and frequently follow up on progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Managing the sales team and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to meet their goals.
- Continuously analyzing and evaluating departmental productivity
