الوصف الوظيفي
- Facilitate the presentation of the companys activities to potential clients and support sales representatives in communicating technical details effectively.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships, while assessing individual client requirements.
- Promote the organizations services to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Anticipate and evaluate clients needs, aiming to build a portfolio of business aligned with their interests and preferences through innovative approaches.
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the delivery of optimal services to customers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and clients, handling and resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent post-graduate studies.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in brand management.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior.
- Demonstrates strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
