Sales and Customer Engagement:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend healthcare products that align with their health and wellness goals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends as well as our product offerings.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall department goals.
Share insights feedback and best practices to enhance team performance.
Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Passion for health and wellness with a strong understanding of related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
