Safety Investigations Team Lead

• Support the development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap related to our #Wearables and sensor product
  
• Digest customer and market feedback to drive the wearables product
  
• Provide domain expertise and leadership for features that impact other development groups and their
  
• Collaborate and coordinate with various business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements for the product roadmap, project plans, and
  
• Translate inputs and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering teams to execute towards a clear outcome and solve critical user
  
• Maintain all necessary Azure DevOps tasks, boards, and detailed documentation across teams, as well as all necessary communication to internal
  
• Experience in wearable design, manufacturing, and testing
  
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple activities in a global manufacturing environment
  
• Experienced in using RF and sensor test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, )
  
• Experience in using power management and battery test ;
  
• Ability to perform test solution development: Hardware focus (test adapters, cables, tools, and interface modules) and software focus (drivers, utilities, executables, and interface software)
  
• Experience in GPS, cellular, and other wireless technologies specifically for precision location determination and battery power management frameworks
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12+ years of product management and development Ideally managing products in wearables, connected hardware systems, robotics, or consumer
  
• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or Electrical Engineering (EE) and equivalent work experience, or equivalent technical degree program/experience
  
• Understand Design-Thinking with an eye towards user experience and user empathy
  
• Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
  
• Highly organized; attentive to
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage, execute and deliver products in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with more advanced troubleshoot tools related to biometrics, location, velocity, vector, and other wearable sensor ;
  
• Support the design and manufacturing process from specification to user ;
