Job title: Regional Exam Security Force Lead/Manager

• Experienced in vendor management.
• Communicates well and has excellent written and verbal skills.
• Mastery on MIS (MS Excel, word, and PowerPoint).
• Open to travel within the state
• Experience of functioning in a cross functional environment.
• Open to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work.
• Knowledge of Security SLAs, State Statutory Norms and Escalation Handling

Good-to-Have

Professional Certifications in Physical security domain, Team Management Skills, Strong analytical and logical understanding, Language skills (Hindi, English, local language)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Complete ownership of security arrangements/deployment at all exam venues within the Zone/Region/State/City.
• Planning and conduct of monthly Mock Drills and security audits at Venues across Zone/Region/State/City.
• Implement and manage reporting structure/requirements related to Zone/Region/State/City.
• Take initiative to introduce technology in managing the Exam security arrangements.
• Complete ownership of managing security related incident/issues/escalation within Zone/Region/State/City. Ensuring zero security incidents on exam / non exam day.
• Responsible on Planning and coordinating monthly / quarterly meetings with security agencies . Sharing MOM of meeting with ESF head on monthly basis.
• Ensures deployment of security guards as per the ration shared by project manager.
• Ensure rotation policy is followed by security agency at all exam venues.
• Ensures city/ hub level buffer pools of security guards are maintained by security agency as BCP
• Ensure guards are well trained w.r.t crowd management, frisking, firefighting, material in/out and assess control process at each exam venue.
• Ensure reports are rendered on time by security agencies as per agreement (Fortnightly training, BGC, No dues certificate post completion of payment.)
• Ensure Entry/Exit register and material in/out registers are maintained properly at each exam venue.
• Ensure Closure of NC, observation etc. raised by external auditor such as PE, IEG and Clients through security agency (Tracking of NC through records, NC/observation tracker) to enable compliance of SLA
• Coordinate with RADM/HADM/VADM on security related matters
• Take preventive and corrective steps to strengthen the security arrangements at Exam Venues
• Take initiative to introduce technology in managing the Exam security arrangements
• On time invoice payment for the services rendered by security agency as per the terms mentioned in contract
• Overall ownership of activities involved to ensure Security of exams venues
• Responsible for carrying out cross zone security audits as assigned by ESF head time to time.
• Responsible for taking surprise security checks at all the venues assigned and share report to ESF Head.
• Responsible for maintaining the security data, escalation matrix, deployment ratio of various projects, SLAs, Penalty data, Provisioning, Attendance verification and sharing reports from 3rd party apps (CC) to ESF Head.
• To ensure smooth deployment as per client requirements and timely sharing deployment report to ESF head.
• Any other duty/job assigned from time to time

Skills : Exp in managing large security task force/Service is preferred,Minimum Graduate and any professional degree/certificate in physical/Electronic Security is preferred.
