- Responsible for the management, execution, and personnel supervision of all Recreational Services Programs as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
- Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well-maintained recreation centers.
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports, enforces safety and performance standards through the execution of internal audits and inspections.
- Maintains the customer service comment program and ensures professional responses are provided in the applicable time frames.
- Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment in the assigned facilities and ensure all applicable inventory and supply actions are taken IAW the PWS.
- Shall inspect and ensure continuity books are maintained in each department of responsibility.
- Shall ensure oversight of LN workforce in accordance with 332 AEWI and AFCENTI 32-1002.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
