Recreational Programs Director

Responsible for the management, execution, and personnel supervision of all Recreational Services Programs as specified in the Performance Work Statement.

Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well-maintained recreation centers.

Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports, enforces safety and performance standards through the execution of internal audits and inspections.

Maintains the customer service comment program and ensures professional responses are provided in the applicable time frames.

Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment in the assigned facilities and ensure all applicable inventory and supply actions are taken IAW the PWS.

Shall inspect and ensure continuity books are maintained in each department of responsibility.
