Our client is one of the largest firm of estate surveyors and valuers in Nigeria and across SubSaharan Africa.

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified real estate broker to carry out various real estate duties and to establish a strong network of connections within the industry. Responsibilities will include soliciting clients for renting buying and selling homes and properties as well as negotiating and arranging real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
  • Evaluate the clients desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
  • Provide information regarding legal guidelines rates specifications and property availability
  • Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
  • Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
  • Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts agreements etc)
  • Coordinate property auctions or exchanges.
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
  • Collaborate and network with contractors home inspectors attorneys and other external stakeholders.
  • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
  • Sale and Lease of properties in company s portfolio
  • Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
  • Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business.
  • Client relationship management and reporting
  • Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals

Requirements


  • 1st degree in Estate Management or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 68 years real estate sales experience
  • Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies
  • Extreme salesperson
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Looks professional and presentable.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
  • Sociable and confidential
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Knowledge of Abuja real estate



1st degree in Estate Management or a relevant discipline Minimum of 6-8 years real estate sales experience Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies Very strong salesperson Excellent communication skills Looks professional and presentable. Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry Sociable and confidential Excellent communication and relationship management skills Knowledge of Microsoft office tools Knowledge of Lagos real estate
