Quality Control Specialist

Job Description

• Participates in implementing the organization’s quality plan under supervision of the head of quality department.
• Participate in development & ensure implementation of policies & procedures
• Assist in internal surveys to measure the hospital performance on regular basis.
• Participates in the education and training of the hospital staff on quality program.
• Actively participates on or facilitates committees such as: infection control, drug committee, blood bank, ..etc.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department.
• Presents the quality evaluation of hospital services in the hospital quality meetings.

Job Requirements

• Bsc of medicine ,vet , Pharmacy, science
• Diploma in TQM
• Participate in JCI accreditation
• Experience in healthcare organizations
