Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer who would be interested in joining a team of 17 other skilled professionals. Your focus will be on designing and implementing automated tests, making decisions and influencing the processes in a stress-free environment.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Hands-on testing (around 80% of the time).
• Joining the QA team (development, interviewing, 1-to-1 meetings, performance review, etc.).
• Helping to Make decisions and creating solutions for testing processes and technologies.
• Using strategy and influencing the development of the tech environment.
• Deciding on the balance of manual and automation testing.

Successful applicants MUST have the following:

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Valuable experience in automation testing and strong technical knowledge.
• English skills (excellent standard).
• Tech stack and tools: Robot framework, DB (Percona, MySQL), SQL quieres, API/integration testing (soapUI or similar), performance testing (Jmeter or similar), Jira and Confluence.

Desirable:

• Experience in building testing processes.
• GitLab CI.
• Communication/ people skills.

PLEASE NOTE: This will be an office based role, applicants will be based in Tallinn, Estonia and travel to the Vilnius, Lithuania office once a week for a day or so.

• 500 for 3 months if in Lithuania or Latvia
