Tasks

• Developing and evolving a consistent modern and appealing visual branding for Neco
• Developing a comprehensive brand book outlining visual guidelines including color schemes typography and image styles to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Designing creating and evolving logos template designs and illustrations
• Creating engaging visualizations and infographics for the companys white papers and other marketing material
• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design assets for various marketing campaigns such as banners social media graphics and advertisements.
• Designing templates for presentations pitch decks and other materials.
• Working closely with copywriters and content creators to integrate visual elements seamlessly into marketing collateral ensuring cohesive storytelling and messaging.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills including brank book and templates
• Proficiency in design tools
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools
• Minimum capacity of 10h per week
• Passion for design with a strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset
• Alignment with our social and environmental values and motivation to serve the greater good
• Design experience in the web3 industry is a plus
• Experience in UI/UX Design is a plus
