Quality Assurance Auditor

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for auditing cases, profiles, and calls in accordance with Critical to Quality tasks outlined by each project and Quality Management. The QA Auditor will provide their feedback of their findings and Work closely with Quality Supervisor and Quality Management as well with the Quality Control (QA) teams to meet and exceed customer and in house quality expectations.

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Candidate MUST be available to work an eight-hour shift between 7:00A.M.-7:00P.M.

Full-time availability Monday through Friday; occasional weekends may be required, (Subject to Change)

Responsibilities:

Help enforce quality assurance standards through different projects.

Meet established metrics by QA Supervisor and QA Management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills.

Communicate audit findings.

Recommend corrective actions based on audit findings.

Compile and analyze data to identify trends.

Help motivate the “quality is everyone’s responsibility” mentality.

Work on continuous improvement events, when needed- “Kaizen.”

Work together with Quality Assurance supervisor and Quality Manager to ensure excellent product delivery.

Perform Inspections, Audits and Testing for QA in Operations.

Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma (Preferred, not required)

Experience working in Quality Assurance (Strongly Preferred)

2+ years of call center experience

Proficient Office 365 Skills
