- Contributes to the development of the Country Strategy and the production of the annual plan;
- Lead on design, development of country specific programme funding proposals and partnership strategies in line with War Child’s 2025 Global Strategy and Jordan CO strategy
- Donor identification, diversifying range of contacts and opportunities and working with PIM and CD to position WCH for funding proposal submission.
- Oversees the development tools and formats for planning, monitoring and evaluation (in close cooperation with the Methodology Department at HQ) and supports programme staff and local partners in application of these tools;
