Tasks

• Closely work with the Product Owner to manage Product Backlog.
• Closely work with the UX designer to prepare feature breakdown and stories.
• Be the Product Owners voice within the IT Back End and FrontEnd development team.
• Together with Product Owner and Architects identify main Business drivers for upcoming features and support features breakdown into user & technical stories.
• Together with Architects and Lead Developers secure Business expectations during High Level & Low levels design during the feature preparation steps.
• Together with the Back End Scrum master manage Agile ceremonies to secure delivery based on Product Increment & Sprints Commitment for the Back End deliveries.
• Be the Scrum master for the Front End deliveries to secure complete user stories / features delivery in qualitative and timely manner.
• Support developers during development phases to meet qualitative criteria per story / feature.

Requirements

• Be comfortable of agile methodologies e.g. Scrum SaFe.
• Has previous experiences as Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner (at least 5 years).
• Ability to listen to influence with multidisciplinary and international
• Ability to work within an international team and in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English is essential; fluency in French and/or German is a plus.
• Knowledge and previous experience in Azure DevOps or Jira environment is a real plus.
