- Oversees implementation of work plan activities in close coordination with the Project Manager and the Senior Project Officer.
- Monitors progress against strategic objectives, project benchmarks, and provides advice for project adaptation; supports the establishment and oversight of a common M&E framework that incorporates regular reporting and evaluation, in close coordination with the M&E unit;
- Ensures timely and quality preparation and submission of project reports, in close coordination with the Project Manager and operational units according to the requirements of the client and other relevant stakeholders;
- Leads and coordinates the development and compilation of project data records (including beneficiary information), project updates, and briefs for the client, government, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and procedures;
- Manages relationships with stakeholders such as project partners, home-based businesses, civil society organizations, agricultural cooperatives and other professional associations, private sector organizations, and other external stakeholders including local, municipal, and governorate-level authorities;
- Manages the oversight of HBBs for project beneficiaries, including of home-based businesses;
- Supports administrative and financial processes, ensuring spending is within budget;
- Supports the organization of project meetings, workshops, training sessions, and all other project events;
- Provide business support to existing and new farming businesses, processing facilities, and HBBs to improve management, entrepreneurship, and market linkages;
