• A well known and respected Consulting Engineering firm our client works on Mechanical Electrical and ICT projects focusing on Commercial Institutional Residential Health Care and Industrial.

• Be client facing managing the entire project from award to completion.
  
• Oversee the company s Designer s calculations on ductwork HVAC piping gas plumbing and drainage and incorporate those calculations into technical drawings.
  
• Oversee calculations to size equipment and prepare projectspecific equipment schedules.
  
• Coordinate with necessary project consultants to review equipment ensuring that a complete and correct design is achieved.
  
• Collaborate with the Building Services group to deliver multidisciplinary projects through preliminary and detailed designs.
  

Qualifications:

• 8 years experience in the field of Canadian Mechanical Buildings Engineering.
  
• Have the ability to check services and layouts for continuity developing HVAC system layouts in coordination with the electrical structural and architectural building components.
  
• Be able to clarify project scope and create building sections to assist with interference coordination between building systems.
  
• Be familiar with electrical structural and architectural models to appreciate space limitations and interference.
  
• Be able to read drawings directly in Revit adhering to the companies BIM/CAD standards.
  

Compensation Range:

• $105K to $125K is the starting salary range depending solely on the skills and experience you bring to the table. If you think you deserve more coming in the door tell us why and the option may become available!
