Project Manager

Position: IT Project Manager

Position Overview: an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in implementing enterprise applications within the financial industry. Ideally the candidate should have experience working with analytical applications as a vendor. Actimize has an extensive customer base in the region which includes major multinational banks.

Job Location: Sydney

Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that products and deliverables meet contract and workplan specifications and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior IT and business managers acting as the main point of contact throughout all project phases.
Manage daytoday client relationships translate customer contracts into comprehensive project plans and oversee endtoend delivery. This includes performing project office tasks coordinating internal resources providing status reports managing billing etc.
Proactively manage project conflicts dependencies changes to scope cost or schedule risks and issues. Ensure that plans are in place to mitigate them urgently and communicate these to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Execute Hybrid and Agile projects/programs as necessary. Take on the role of Scrum Master when required.
Support users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) product acceptance and handover for customer support.
Acquire knowledge in Actimize products and data requirements through organized training selfstudy and engagement with client business and technology stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and Actimize offices across multiple geographies.
Effectively communicate among multiple internal interfaces/stakeholders in a global matrix environment to achieve project objectives.
Create and maintain all required project artifacts/documentation.
Responsible for P&L management for all project implementations.
Generate professional services revenue from existing clients.
