About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join their team based in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering key relationships with buyers across various international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute datadriven sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key buyers in diverse markets such as the USA Europe and the Middle East.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance and resources to ensure their success.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing production and logistics to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

• 510 years of experience in the garment industry with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with buyers across international markets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for fashion and textiles.
