Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management. Their day-to-day tasks will include coordinating and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, communicating with stakeholders, and overseeing logistics operations. The Project Manager will play a key role in successfully executing projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Supervise project teams and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key metrics.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying complexity and scale.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification required for mid and senior-level positions.
- Experience working on governmental projects in KSA is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
