Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with the service providers & following up on pre- requisites or for any issues
- Communicating any new projects to the products team
- Opening tickets on the system to the tech. team
- Considered as the Focal point between the Products team & other teams in the company
- Getting delivery date for the products from the tech. team
- Attending kick off calls with the Client
- Reviewing the documents of any new service before delivering it to the products team
- Working on weekly report for the new services & enhancements on the new system
- Attending weekly meetings with vendors to track the services & enhancements.
