- Patients are aware of their right regarding receiving a fair amount of medication and empower them with tools to address unfair practices in prescribing and purchasing the drugs.
- Doctors and pharmacists are aware of prescribing and selling the drug fairly.
-Forming a public opinion issue through the spread of many public testimonies from patients about the hardship they face because of the medication shortage to feel the urgency.
- Donors of health projects are putting pressure on the Ministry by setting conditions for implementing an electronic mechanism that controls the demand, distribution, and medication disbursement.
- A periodic and intensive demand from a civil alliance and relevant unions to feel the urgency.
