Job Purpose: Reporting to the CEO the overall purpose of this role is to plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of electronic security projects by coordinating resources managing communication mitigating risks and maintaining project quality. They act as a central point of contact for all projectrelated activities ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities resources equipment and information.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure the project is completed within the specific timeframe.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
• Attend site meetings and track the overall progress of the various projects.
• Oversee material delivery to various sites.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Use tools to monitor working hours plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• An engineering degree in either electronics / electrical and or mechanical.
• Should have excellent AutoCAD skills.
• A previous experience of working in electronic security solutions will be an added advantage.
• Should have minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability in identifying and responding to current and future customer needs delivering innovative products and service excellence.

• Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods approaches and
• departmental contribution.
