- Prepare detailed planning of project activities including (Human Recourses, Risk mapping, schedule, budget, quality control).
- Oversee the implementation of the project activities and ensure that they are implemented of a high quality, on-time and within budget.
- Support and supervise the implementation of site daily activities, by conducting regular daily/semi daily field visits to the different areas of operations to monitor the progress of the work.
- Organize and monitor the administrative and financial processes of the project activities.
- Evaluate the ongoing activities and propose new activities.
- Support in assessing the project procurement needs, and managing the procurement processes.
- Provide the required support to ensure timely and accurate project payment are completed.
- Support the related teams in planning and implementing the workers recruitment process.
