JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • We seek a highly experienced and skilled Appointment Setter to join our Sales team in the Philippines. Responsibilities include contacting potential clients via various channels to schedule appointments, generating leads, and assisting in sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, persuasive sales expertise, advanced computer proficiency, adept research capabilities, and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. This position also offers a sales bonus or performance incentive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Pitch our products or services to prospects and generate interest
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team based on availability and client preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize conversion rates
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
  • Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Inside Sales Representative, or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and advanced computer skills
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must demonstrate sound work ethic
  • Must be trustworthy with a high level of integrity
  • This position requires working night shifts to accommodate US time zones, with a 25% night differential. Day and mid-shift positions may also become available
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Employees who demonstrate exceptional performance may be eligible for sales positions
