- Build a product with world-class customer experiences and understanding the full lifecycle of a customer.
- Define, prioritize and communicate short, mid and long-term goals of the product.
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- High engagement in the UX domain to deliver great customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance.
- Establish reliable and reputable third-party partnerships.
