Job Description:

As a Senior Product Owner specializing in data integration projects you will serve as the crucial link between senior external stakeholders and our development teams. Based in Belgium this role involves a hybrid working model where youll spend two days per week in our office collaborating closely with a dynamic team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Alignment:
   

   • Understand the overarching business goals and vision translating them into actionable product strategies for data integration projects.
     
   • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and refine product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
     

2. Stakeholder Management:
   

   • Act as the primary point of contact for senior external stakeholders fostering strong relationships and gathering project requirements effectively.
     
   • Communicate project progress gather feedback and manage expectations to ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
     

3. Agile Leadership:
   

   • Implement and champion agile methodologies particularly Scrum within the development teams.
     
   • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (developers data engineers UX/UI designers) to prioritize tasks set sprint goals and ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
     

4. Product Vision and Requirements:
   

   • Develop a clear product vision detailing features functionalities and integration requirements for datadriven software solutions.
     
   • Create and maintain comprehensive product backlogs ensuring they reflect stakeholder needs and business priorities.
     

5. Risk Management and ProblemSolving:
   

   • Identify potential risks and obstacles in project execution proactively mitigating them to ensure smooth progress.
     
   • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues fostering a culture of problemsolving and continuous improvement.
     

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a product owner or similar role specifically working on multinational projects within a fastpaced tech environment.
  
• Strong expertise in data integration projects ideally within the transport or logistics industry.
  
• Proven track record of utilizing Agile methodologies particularly Scrum to drive successful project deliveries.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Strategic thinking coupled with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable plans.
  
• Located in Belgium and comfortable with a hybrid working model (2 days per week inoffice).
