Position: Customer Success Expert Digital Artisan Support

As a Customer Success Expert youll be the primary point of contact for our artisans. In the initial phase youll collaborate closely with clients to create customized webshops leveraging your expertise to guide them through the process. Your deep understanding of our products and commercial insights will be instrumental in ensuring a successful ecommerce launch for local entrepreneurs.

After the launch your role will evolve into three key areas. Firstly youll continue to support artisans as their dedicated digital expert addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Secondly youll serve as their digital mentor demonstrating how to optimize our services for their specific needs. Lastly youll gather feedback from clients translate it into technical requirements and present proposals to the management team for service enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence product development and cultivate strong client relationships ultimately fostering brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with artisans to create tailored webshop solutions
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to artisans postlaunch
• Act as a digital mentor demonstrating best practices and optimization strategies
• Gather client feedback translate it into actionable insights and propose service improvements
• Advocate for the needs of local entrepreneurs within the organization

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch Flemish and French (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
