Process Automation engineer

Heinsohn Business Technology a Colombian software company with a wide range of clients across the Americas is looking for topnotch professionals to be part of our international team as a Process Automation engineer.

We are looking for an automation engineer to join our clients Global Services Division (GSD) and help improve their business processes by replacing manual tasks with automated solutions.

Tasks

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Design develop test and deploy automation workflows using Automation Anywhere MSFT Power Platform and some NoCode/LowCode platforms
• Interact with APIs and other systems to ensure the integration and functionality of the automation solutions
• Monitor troubleshoot and maintain the automation solutions and ensure their performance and reliability
• Document the automation solutions and provide training and support to the endusers
• Collaborate with other automation engineers and stakeholders to share best practices and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field
• Fluency in english (B2).
• 4 years of experience in RPA development using tools such as Automation Anywhere SFT Power Platform and some NoCode/LowCode platforms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as VB.NET C# Python Java etc.
• Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and quality
