Parts Specialist

MasterTech is on the search for a Parts Specialist in Vancouver. BC

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in selecting required parts
  
• Upselling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
  
• Providing price quotes receiving payments and obtaining credit authorizations
  
• Following up with customers regarding backordered parts
  
• Assist shop operations by managing inventory levels insuring they have sufficient resources to complete work orders
  

Key Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience working in a parts department preferably in a collision shop
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is preferred
  

Compensation:

• Fulltime and permanent position.
  
• $45K $55K/year base salary plus monthly bonuses and an annual bonus. Expected bonuses around $8K $12K/year.

Shift Schedule:

Day shift 7:00AM to 4:00PM (Monday to Friday).
