Arab Therapy is a Platform that aims to provide Arabs all over the world with high-notch mental health services by providing high-quality Psychotherapy and psychosocial support sessions.
Job Location:Jordan + KSA + Hybrid
Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Executive to lead our outreach initiatives. This role will focus on establishing partnerships with companies, organizations, and non-profits to offer our online therapy services as part of their employee well-being programs or as an additional support service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or business development with a track record of selling to enterprise clients and/or non profit organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to establish partnerships and secure new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and other potential partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPIs.
- Represent [Your Company Name] at industry events, conferences, and networking events.
