- Communicate effectively with members of the operations team, as well other relevant departments.
- Gather and document business requirements, provide solutions and suggestions, and translate them to the relevant technology teams.
- Research and prepare pre-projects documentation.
- Create and track test plans.
- Analyze daily tasks, system usage, interaction, and user feedback to identify issues and opportunities that may improve performance and influence overall department performance.
- Coordinate, schedule and facilitate team meetings.
- Ensure that all project related information is appropriately documented.
- Help establish and document internal processes and roles related to specific features or projects.
- Conduct follow-up communications where needed.
- Track and monitor projects deliverables in accordance with requirements.
- Assist in developing strategic roadmaps based on broader departmental objectives and learned insights.
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
- Prepare detailed reports on progress of assigned projects, including preparing a monthly status report and executive overview.
