Job Description: As the Office Manager for our Paris office youll be responsible for a variety of office duties. Youll be the front line and first point of contact for our visitors. Youll also provide administrative support services to the site lead senior managers and H&S team along with the daily life of the office.

As Office Manager you will be responsible for:

Establishing procedures for office maintenance working with the landlord and contractors on facilities related issues.

Managing office vendor relationships.

Implementing procedural and policy changes for the office to improve operational efficiency ensuring office policies and procedures are adhered to.

Support H&S Programme initiatives including risk assessment actions fire wardens first aiders.

Coordinate local site/country communications for example contribute content to the regional newsletters and community web page.

Working closely with the site lead to support various initiatives including planning and execution of internal events e.g. DLCCD events Office Days Town Hall Meetings and Show and Tell Sessions.

Work with People Managers to arrange individual Team onsite and offsite events.

Raising purchase order requests and working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure prompt and consistent payment of invoices.

Maintaining office supplies food inventory post and delivery services.

Other administrative and secretarial tasks in the office.

Support Client initiatives as and when required e.g. Wellness campaigns and Green Team activities.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have strong communications and networking skills in order to develop relationships with both Office based and remote workers.
  • Doing regular admin duties Years of experience 2 to 3 years Customer oriented Someone Who can speak with people at VP level.
  • Actionorientated individual who gets tasks completed in a timely manner.
  • Have knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
  • Have knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Have computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of other office software packages.
  • Have fluency in French and English.
