Staff Nurse is the only position in the M-RITE project who is able to act in dual field responsibilities as Field mobiliser and as a vaccinator at the time of shortage of human resources from government health Following are the expected roles and responsibilities of SN for M-RITE

M-RITE project is focusing on increasing demand for the coverage in the rural pocket, hard to reach areas and tribal Apart from these segments SN is a key person responsible for executing HIV/ART model at urban localities and has to take managerial role for accompanied referral of such client who are identified as vulnerable for prioritising in the Covid

SN will be contact point of person for scheduling all meetings with DPACU, other national health programme counsellors, urban health officials, officials responsible for peri urban units of the district head

Base station of the SN will be DPACU /civil hospital/GMC and she/he has to manage all his/her responsibilities from district head

For HIV/ART model SN has to develop routine schedule for quick meeting with all team members of DAPCU on daily basis who are working under the umbrella of DAPCU and need to be in contact with other national health programme counsellors who are likely to refer their clients for Covid

SN has to share her daily vaccination report during either of any two time slots prescribed by the M-RITE These time slots are 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM or 07:00AM to 09:00

Daily outcome of the SN is the key factor of measuring of her/his performance which is average 200 vaccination in a day or minimum 1000 vaccination in a

SN has to develop a list of potential referral points in the government health setup along with mapping of the urban slum, peri urban, high foot fall big colleges/ coaching institutes/private schools to line up daily sessions of vaccination during evening or morning time as per major availability of the

A one-page weekly report comprises of thank you note to all officials/stakeholders needs to be share by SN in his/her own hand writing with OC for the data storage purpose and showcase of weekly vaccination

SN should able to develop strong rapport with all stakeholders specially TIs/LWS/Vihaan or other projects which are working under ambience of MSACS to accommodate vaccination as a routine practise in all kinds of referrals and camps conducted by these

In case of need SN has to travel to the other block level sessions/camps of vaccination as well if there is a need due to shortage of human resources from health

SN should be familiar with general functions of mobiles related with handling of emails/attachment usage of MS office through mobiles and should able to work on computers to support data entry for daily She/he is expected to do work with extra efforts for data entry after routine working
