A highly motivated and experienced OET Trainer who is open to reinventing by using rapid training methods. The candidate will have a strong background in teaching English language skills and be able to effectively communicate the principles and requirements of the OET to students. The candidate should be able to motivate and help students overcome obstacles to learning English as a spoken language.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality OET training sessions to healthcare professionals
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for each training session
- Evaluate and monitor students progress, provide feedback and support as needed
- Identify areas for improvement and develop customized learning plans for each student
- Work collaboratively with other trainers to continuously improve the OET training program
- Keep up-to-date with the latest OET testing methods and materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progressRoles and Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English language skills, preferably to healthcare professionals
- Expert knowledge of the OET and its requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools related to Candidate Profile
