Position Overview:

Cardo Systems the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for Powersports & Outdoor helmets is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OEM Sales Manager in China to join our team. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the motorcycle and helmet manufacturing industry. Your role will involve working closely with our headquarters to coordinate sales efforts provide exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about the motorcycle industry has a hunter mentality and possesses a strong background in consumer electronics and wireless communication.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM sales strategy to expand Cardo Systems market presence in China.
  • Identify opportunities and target key accounts and partnerships to drive sales growth mainly Motorcycle helmet manufacturers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage your technical background to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.


Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the motorcycle industry leveraging industry knowledge and network.
  • Actively engage in prospecting and leadgeneration activities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to ensure client needs are met and products are aligned with market demand.


Collaboration with Headquarters:

  • Work closely with the headquarters to align sales strategies goals product development pricing contracts and launch activities ensuring alignment with global guidelines and policies.
  • Communicate regularly with the HQ team to provide valuable market insights and feedback updates on client activities market trends and sales performance.


Market Insights and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the motorcycle industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs pain points and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product development and sales strategies.
  • Share industry knowledge and expertise with the team providing training and support where necessary.

Requirements :

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • A proven 5 years experience in B2B sales particularly within the technology or automotive industry.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (mother tongue).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar clientfacing role.
  • Passion for and experience in the motorcycle industry with a deep understanding of its dynamics and market trends.
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to drive business growth through active prospecting and lead generation.
  • Background in consumer electronics and wireless communication with a solid understanding of related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while effectively collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience working with international teams and navigating crosscultural dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads manage accounts and generate reports.
