- Examines the local and external communication lines and networks in the bank and alternative communication lines in the branches periodically to ensure their efficient functioning.
- Ensures the integrity of linking / connecting, identifies and activates the users' devices in the bank on the local and external networks according to the instructions.
- Follows up and monitors the network management and control system and its devices and the effectiveness of the internal and external user network system to ensure that all users are connected and provide the ability to communicate with them, report faults and try to solve them and escalate the complex ones to the highest level.
