- S/he will contribute to work plans, reports, success stories and other project deliverables.
- The M E Director will manage a team of six staff in three regional offices.
- /he will be responsible for data quality assessments, on key USAID and other project indicators.
- S/he will manage the community mapping assessments, and gap analysis reports.
- In addition the M E Director will also work with Jordanian youth serving organizations grantees, to develop and monitor M E plans and to assist those organizations in measuring impact of their awards, as they align with activity goals.
- S/he will be responsible for designing training materials and conduct workshops for grantees on M E requirements on youth initiatives, against primary project indicators and developed templates and reporting schedules/protocols for grantees.
