- Compile Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data from Better Work Jordan; collaborate with Better Work field staff for timely and accurate data collection. Together with the Programming Team, plan, organize and coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities and ensure analysis of available data for programme development purposes.
- Streamline M&E and reporting to donors, ILO regional office and HQ, for Better Work Jordan. Prepare reports and presentations based on M&E data.
- Collaborate with Better Work Jordan and Better Work global team members to implement various research projects in different stages in Jordan, including data collection, data cleaning and analysis, report reviewing and interpretation, and analytical writing.
- Provide support to Better Work Jordan´s annual impact assessment exercises, including by providing input in the development of the scope, tools and implementation strategy as well as directly supporting in data collection, training colleagues, liaising with research partners; etc.
- Manipulate and analyse data in order to inform Better Work Jordan tool development, current operations. Handle the Better Work Jordan compliance assessment database and perform quality assurance on data; analyse data and prepare Better Work Jordan’s annual reports, policy papers, and contribute to other communications products related to compliance reporting, evidence and research dissemination.
