About the Job

• Environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas according to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing practice) including area swabbing, air sampling, settle plates and fingerprint.
• Sampling and Microbiological analysis of all types of water
• Preparation and follow up of culture media and working strains.
• Sampling and Microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging material and finished products.
• Evaluation of disinfectants efficacy.
• Calibration, cleaning , disinfecting and validation of lab instruments in accordance with predefined intervals.
• Microbiological verification of equipment cleaning.
• Decontamination of biological wastes.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. degree of science.
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in microbiological analysis, preferably in FMCG companies
• Good Command in English & Computer Skills.
