Job Title: Mechatronic Engineer

Role Overview:
As a Mechatronic Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the design development and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize production processes and ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design develop and implement mechatronic systems and components for manufacturing processes.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to assess the performance and reliability of existing systems.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with machinery and equipment implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
4. Collaborate with mechanical electrical and software engineers to integrate components and systems effectively.
5. Perform regular maintenance and calibration of automated systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
6. Participate in the procurement and installation of new equipment providing technical expertise and support throughout the process.
7. Conduct testing and validation of mechatronic systems to verify functionality and performance.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends incorporating advancements into design and development processes.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechatronic system design and development preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD).
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
Experience with sensors actuators and control systems.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to manufacturing processes.
