About the job
We are looking for a Marketing Specilist who are self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibility:
- Participate in crafting and implementing marketing plans .
- Lead and coordinate product launches, offerings, commercial actions and roadmaps for driving the growth of the segment to retain customers, churn management, enhance revenues, increase customer satisfaction, leverage KPIs and manage profitability.
- Drive digital marketing plan as per the company objectives & needs
- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting the progress and perofrmance.
- Plan for and Manage Company events .
- Work with concerned streams and parties to facilitate customer journy, loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
- Participate in monitoring competitor’s actions and maintaining updated competitive knowledge and industry and technology trends.
- Identifying and managing new growth opportunities and innovative solutions.

Education & Experience :
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Biomedical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience.
