Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and Manage engaging brochures for each division showcasing unique value propositions and service offerings.
- Collaborating closely with thirdparty marketing vendors to achieve the companys strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing plan specifically tailored for LinkedIn to target key stakeholders and industry professionals.
- Develop and implement a cadence marketing plan for each division and client type to maintain a consistent and impactful communication strategy.
- Create a full marketing plan specifically addressing the unique needs of the Security and Concierge division.
- Develop visually appealing and informative materials for trade shows to effectively represent the companys products and services.
- Create materials for better displaying certifications in emails proposals and marketing collateral.
- Develop capability statements tailored to each type of client and service offered.
- Maintain an updated and comprehensive client list incorporating testimonials and feedback to enhance credibility.
- Implement strategies to improve Google reviews and online presence on various platforms.
- Create new videos for various purposes including status updates website content and email campaigns.
- Design and implement better perks for new clients and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish and manage programs such as Employee of the Month and recognition in Inc. 5000 and similar lists.
- Oversee the design and production of sophisticated business cards reflecting the companys image in 2023.
- Develop a warm welcome package for every new client contract and new employee joining the organization.
- Create marketing programs to promote upselling and crossselling including discount and commission structures.
- Implement a referral program to encourage clients and employees to refer new business opportunities.
- Plan and execute personalized holiday and birthday greetings for employees and clients.
- Enhance the presentation of email proposals to make them more visually appealing and persuasive.
- Develop a thoughtful holiday gifting program for clients and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
