Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Description

Marketing Communications Specialists are responsible for assisting in planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media and offline strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

• Develop, implement and manage social media content and strategies.
• Define most important social media KPIs in collaboration with the Marketing team and E-commerce team.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign in collaboration with the media buying team.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies and trends.
• Use social media marketing tools such as WOOP for reporting.
• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing to each brand’s target audience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Management and E-commerce teams to obtain proper data for content creation.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and affiliates.

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in social media marketing
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram etc.) and how they can be deployed
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations & Marketing
• Fashion background is a plus
