About the job
The ideal candidate will possess strong management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track, record, and document throughout the process of working with the client
- Meeting and implementing the client's goals and requests
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple demanding tasks and initiatives in parallel.
- Presenting effective social media strategies and training to clients when needed.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click.
- Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of business experience (Agency experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
