Responsibilities:
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of Integrant's business, services, customers, and personas to drive effective market research strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive research encompassing industry, market, customer behavior, trends/technology, partner insights, competitor analysis, and account-based marketing.
• Gather, organize, and synthesize data from various sources, including customer surveys and other methods, to provide valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making across different departments.
• Develop and execute surveys, interviews, and other research methods to collect primary data directly from customers, gaining insights into preferences and behaviors.
• Compile and share research findings and actionable recommendations with stakeholders to facilitate informed strategic choices.
• Leverage extensive data and insights about Integrant's brand, customers, target personas, etc., to guide and refine marketing strategies.
• Utilize expertise in data collection and assimilation to identify shifts, predict market trends, and provide timely insights to enhance market positioning.
• Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking against industry peers, and generate actionable insights to inform competitive strategies.
• Develop strong collaborative partnerships with team members, understanding their unique research requirements and delivering high-quality, relevant information.
