Manifold Blocks Manager

• In training for Blocks
  
• Make arrangements for delivery site installation and commission where required.
  
• Visit Customer Base and Identify Opportunities for Repeat Block and OEM Business
  

• Assist the Fluid Tech Technical Manager Blocks Coordinator and/or draughtsman with the preparation of designs and quotations.
  
• Coordinate orders for Blocks. Assist with detail design and equipment selection and strive to maintain the budgeted costs. Ensure that all target dates are achieved with respect to control of drawings documents etc.
  
• Ensure that the item or equipment leaves the workshop in a fully specified condition and that it complies with customer s requirements.
  
• Update all drawings and files to ensure that a complete record is retained by the Blocks department.
  
• Liaise with customers and Draughting office.
  
• Ensure that all amounts plus any extras are invoiced.
  
• If issued with a company vehicle ensure that the vehicle is serviced at specified intervals that it is kept in a roadworthy condition and that it is clean and presentable.
  
• Improvise and implement Blocks Manufacturing Processes.
  
• To assist with any reasonable requests given.
  
• Stock Take
  
• Adhere and follow relevant ISO procedures at all times
  

Requirements

• Grade 12 Education required.
  
• Trade Experience as required.
  
• Tertiary / Technical Qualification required.
  
• Microsoft Office Basic Training required.
  
• Driver s License required.
  
• Hydraulics & Electrical Experience required.
