This is a remote position.



The Leadership Agencys client is a global organization with an incredible culture started and passed down by the coolest CEO! You will be working for a company that puts its people first. They are expanding their brand and looking for a strategic leader to own the full P&L implement and execute growth initiatives and lead an incredible team.

  • Responsible for the overall strategy and success of the brand
  • Reporting directly into the President
  • Developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth profitability and operational excellence
  • Drive robust marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure individual development plans effective 1:1s clarity of roles and alignment of goals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth objectives and enhance performance
  • Identify market opportunities industry trends and competitive threats for strategic decisionmaking
  • Lead franchise development efforts and market analysis
  • Map a success model that defines winning for Franchise Partners
  • Build systems to scale business; including the tools processes and coaching
  • 40% travel conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to ensure compliance with brand standards policies and procedures
  • Drive process improvement best and better practices adoption of systems continuous improvement and measurement of brand promise and customer expectations
  • Provide leadership into annual and multi year planning cycle including but not limited to revenue goals customer metrics market penetration strategic investment testing and innovation
  • Leverage technology and data to drive system improvements
  • Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting for the business
  • Analyze financial reports and performance data to identify areas for improvement and profitability
  • Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the franchise operations department


Requirements

  • Proven success to create and execute a robust marketing strategy that generates strong business leads and overall consumer engagement
  • Innate ability to help others collaborate with leadership and inspire people to follow

  • Ability to build great relationships experience with franchise relationships a plus
  • Experience working in a multiunit business with aggressive growth targets
  • Have led management employees and been responsible for mentorship development and performance
  • Experience in a rapid growth business building processes that allow scale
  • Ability to lead engage influence and drive performance with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are achieved
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities with an understanding of market trends
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of franchising laws regulations and best practices a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Comfort with technology leveraging data to drive decisionmaking with a growth mindset
  • Located in Canada or US
