We are a startup company aiming for rapid expansion with the release of our crossborder services WorldShopping for toC and WorldShopping BIZ for toB.

Roles and Responsibility
In our crossborder ecommerce support service you will be mainly involved in the logistics operations for stable delivery of products to customers around the world as the main person in charge of solutions including trade management business improvement service development and planning. This position is to lead the development of logisticsrelated services to deliver Japanese products to more customers around the world. We will be in charge of developing logisticsrelated services to deliver Japanese products to as many customers as possible around the world. Logistics is a very important position that serves as a bridge to this spirit of service.
In addition you will be responsible for the formulation of midterm plans for the development of logistics operations and services for consumers (including team policy review manpower planning logistics equipment and system investment) and the implementation and management of company strategies and policies and their incorporation into the team.
Specific duties Trade Management and Policies
- Logistics trade management and contact point for inquiries from internal departments
- Planning execution and management of logistics policy solutions
- Relationship building with other department heads and members information collaboration and project cooperation
- Liaison with outsourcing partners and various subcontractors
- Problem identification study/planning/implementation of solution measures
- Promoting and improving operations by making full use of IT systems
Operations Management
- Daytoday operations management safety management quality management productivity management
- Team management operation scheme construction workflow design planning and implementation

Minimum Requirements
- Experience in logistics companies such as EC companies manufacturers trading companies 3PL companies etc.
- Experience in logistics and trade management
- Experience in negotiation and negotiation with internal and external parties
- Experience in creating documents using PowerPoint
- English: Email correspondence or daily conversation in remote/face to face (with negotiation with local shipping carrier)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working for a global company or overseas
- Experience in project management
- Experience managing product shipping to end users (consumers)
- Site leader guidance and support of onsite staff and management
- Practice/operation of logistics operation KPI management resource management
- Experience in business process design and operation scheme building (including organization building)

Location:
- Tokyo Shibuyaku Sakuragaokacho 141 Hatchery Shibuya 2F (Access: Shibuya station)
- Remote
- While you can work from home most days you may be occasionally asked to come to the office.
Annual Salary: 5M 8M JPY
Hours: 10:00 19:00
- Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays)
- National holidays
- Yearend and New Year holidays (usually from December 30 to January 3)
- Celebration or condolence leave
Probation: 3 months (no change in treatment or conditions during the probationary period)
